Job Description A diversified business group requires a native English speaking Retail Showroom Manager with five years experience in the Retail Industry. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring smooth daily operation, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth, devising marketing and advertising strategy, developing and promoting brands, recruit, hire, train and evaluate store employees, inventory management and stock distribution planning, dealing and negotiating with suppliers, set daily/weekly and monthly individual targets, maximize sales and increase profitability, preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports etc. You must be proactive with good decision making and leadership skills.
