Seychelles: A Dh52 million power generation plant was opened in Seychelles by Dr Ahmad Mubarak Al Mazroui, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority.
The 16-megwatt plant was set up in line with the directives of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to provide reliable and affordable electricity supply to the people of Seychelles.
The generated electricity will help meet the rising energy demand in Seychelles and create job opportunities for the people of Seychelles.
