Reporting to the HR Manager you will support the HR functions such as performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment and selection, issue letters for new hires, promotions as well as salary adjustments and disciplinary letters
• Ensure staff files are maintained properly.
• Ensure all certificates/letters are issued on time and as per company policy and standard.
• Ensure all staff are registered. Addition and deletion are done immediately.
• Handles all contacts clearly efficiently, sensitively and progress chases deadlines for department responses administrative requirements.
• Should have good experience in PowerPoint
• Ensures that all requested transactions are dispatched and meet the deadline with cost control
• Recommends sale of company assets if necessary, getting the best deal for all rentals and requisitions of accommodations and vehicles.
• Ensures all suppliers contract are properly specified and executed according to the terms and conditions.
• Ensures timely payment of Suppliers.
• To handle & update the Maintenance, Insurance & Registration of all Vehicles for all the group of Companies.
• Vehicle Accident Management including co-ordination with insurance & drivers.
• Updating the Tenancy Records, follow up with expiry and renewal of tenancy contracts
