  Responsible for the general maintenance of the campus.Supervises and directs in – house  maintenance crew.  Responsible for maintenance and operation of the University’s Physical Plant through management of  a staff of technical and support personnel.
Coordinates and supervises the cleaning contracts for all building and the campus.Directs Facilities Management Operations and Maintenance Division.
Coordinates daily building maintenance projects (work orders and service requests.).Liaison with campus architect to carry out construction projects. Update facilities Master Plan and prepares capital budget.Prepares and maintains the construction documents – Architect
Establishes goals and procedure for the department.Guide and assist direct reports as well as complete yearly appraisals for them as per UOS policy.
Provide high quality services to faculty, students, and staff to a level acceptable by UOS.Performs other related duties as necessary or as directed by the Assistant to Chancellor for Financial and Admin. Affairs
o Bachelor degree  in Electrical and Electronic Engineeringo Minimum of 7 years related work experience, exposure to    budgets, preventive maintenance and planning.o Customer Services oriented, good communications skills   and encourage team cooperation and unity at work.
