Job Description A Multinational Group requires an Arabic Speaking Female Personal Assistant with twelve years experience. A graduate will be responsible for the diary management, prepare correspondence, reports, materials for publications & presentations, arranging meeting/event/travel, design and maintain files and file structures, Desk-top publishing, produce presentations, internal briefing, material skills, effective follow-up across departments for contracts, requisitions, invoice payments, Time sheets etc. Proficiency in advanced level MS office, Outlook and typewriting skills are a must.
