A new and exciting opportunity has become available within the FMCG sector. My client is looking to hire a Corporate HR Manager to conduct a generalist HR Management role as well as work in partnership with the Hay consultants who will be implementing the Hay methodology into the organization. You will be required to manage the group of companies from corporate level and work in conjunction with the Hay consultants to implement the Hay methodology and Practices. The ideal candidate must have;

An MBA in Human Resources from a reputable organization
At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources
FMCG experience
Corporate HR experience
Experience of working with Hay Consultants
