Air Arabia Transports 25 Million Passengers In 8 Years

Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of the Civil Aviation Department in Sharjah, Board Chairman of Air Arabia, said the carrier scored success over the last eight years in which it transported over 25 million passengers.

He added that the fleet of Air Arabia includes 30 planes, stressing the role of new Air Arabia subsidiary Companies set up in Egypt and Morocco.

Al Thani was speaking at the conclusion of the tour of H. H. Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council member and ruler of Sharjah, in which the Ruler of Sharjah launched Hangar, flight simulator and new Centro Sharjah Hotel.

He added that the company will soon receive 44 planes to substitute the hired ones.
