Qaboos concludes two-day UAE visit

Dubai: Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed of Oman left Al Ain on Tuesday at the conclusion of a two-day visit to the UAE.

Sultan Qaboos held a meeting with President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan in which bilateral relations and ways to bolster UAE-Oman ties in various fields were discussed. Sultan Qaboos and his delegation were seen off by Shaikh Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Later, Sultan Qaboos Bin arrived in Doha on a three-day private visit. He was received by Shaikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar at the Doha Airport.

Sayyid Khalid Bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court, General Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Nu'amani, Royal Office Minister, Yousef Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Darwish Bin Isma'eel Al Balushi, Minister Responsible for Financial Affairs, Mohammad Bin Al Zubair, Advisor to the Sultan for Economic Planning Affairs, Dr. Mohammad Bin Hamad Al Rumhy, Oil and Gas Minister, Shaikh Sa'ad Bin Mohammad Al Mardhouf Al Sa'adi, Commerce and Industry Minister and Mohammad Bin Nasser Al Wahaibi, Sultanate's Ambassador to Qatar, are accompanying the Omani ruler on his visit to Qatar.
