We are recruiting a Store Manager for our store in Sharjah.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of your store including sales results, people, customer service and overall customer satisfaction. Our stores include Ladies, Mens, Kids, Lingerie, Home, Food and Beauty.
Your day will be diverse and busy when handling a multi-department store and tasks will vary from markdowns, visual displays, space management, staff training, floor walks, reporting, coaching, staff rota's and much more. Whether a direct or indirect responsibility, these are all functions to name a few that will fall into the scope of your role.
The role will also require you to be flexible with your days and times to meet the opening hours and 7 day nature of retail.
